Apartment 2Sleeps up to 7Situated on the second floor, recently refurbished and newly furnished, this apartment has been equipped to a high standard. The apartment is gas centrally heated and offers a modern and contemporary style of furnishing, whilst maintaining its character with wooden beams and stonework.
A modern kitchen (includes breakfast bar), with oven & hob, full size integrated fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble drier and microwave. An iron & ironing board are also provided, along with other kitchen requirements. The dining room is situated off the kitchen and has seating for 6. In addition a high chair is provided.
Two bedrooms: one with double bed and one with 4ft double & single bunk above. Both rooms are fitted with double wardrobes, drawer units and bedside cabinets.
The beds are all made up with fresh linen at no extra cost.
There is a large family bathroom, with a shower over the bath.
The living room is a pleasant and relaxing room reached via a wooden staircase, it includes TV & DVD player. From this room there are sea glimpses and views over to Lantern Hill.
Off the main family living room is a comfy snug area, ideal as a childrens living room/play area (includes books & games), with a double futon as extra seating/sleeping.
Outside offers a sun trap roof terrace approached via narrow steps, with table and seating for the peak season offers views to the harbour and beyond. Also, there is outside storage for wet suits, boards, pushchairs etc. A well behaved dog is welcome here and in most of the local pubs. Linen, apart from bath towels, is provided free of charge. Short breaks are available out of high season from £150 for 3 nights.
